Trainee & Mentor of the Year 2023

Trainee with the Best Performance 2023

Looking back on 2023: Outstanding performance by "Trainee of the Year 2023" Lukas Adelmann at BT-Anlagenbau. 2023 marks the triumphant conclusion of the traditional annual challenge for the best apprentice at BT-Anlagenbau. In an impressive performance, Lukas Adelmann, a second-year trainee, won the coveted title of "Trainee of the Year 2023".

Lukas not only impressed with his outstanding technical expertise but also with his impressive social commitment, manual dexterity, creativity and tireless commitment. The overall score from a wide range of criteria secured Lukas a well-deserved victory, and he proudly received the unique glass trophy in recognition.

His win not only reflects personal ambition but also emphasises the excellence and team spirit that we promote. The coveted second and third place went to Maximilian Prutsch in his third year of training and Martin Fuchs in his second year. Congratulations to them for their impressive achievements in the competition!

Marvin Rath, already in his fourth year of training, was honoured as "Trainee with the Best Performance 2023" for his outstanding performance. His commitment, expertise and outstanding skills have enriched the entire team.

Matthias Steiner was honoured as "Mentor of the Year 2023", a title that reflects the success of his trainee Lukas Adelmann. Over the past year, Matthias Steiner has made a significant contribution to Lukas´s professional and personal development, which has contributed to his outstanding success. Managing Director Gerald Kreiner emphasises that the trainees shine not only because of their high qualifications but also because of their outstanding initiative and commitment – qualities that distinguish good employees from outstanding ones.

The management at BT-Anlagenbau is proud of the outstanding performance of the junior staff and the commitment of the mentors. They play a crucial role as mentors for our trainees and as pillars of the company's success. To demonstrate this effective task to the mentors, they were able to experience an adventure together last November. Under the motto "Mentors vs. Alpacas", they were given the opportunity to immerse themselves in the fascinating world of alpacas and learn the basics of effective leadership. Their intensive interaction with the animals not only emphasised the importance of clear communication but also highlighted the role of empathy and presence in the management style. This extraordinary experience not only offered our mentors a welcome break from their daily work routine but also strengthened their self-confidence and determination in dealing with leadership challenges.
