Trainee & Mentor of the Year 2022

Trainee with the Best Performance 2022

After a two-year break due to corona, the management of BT-Anlagenbau was finally able to invite guests to a joint Christmas party again on Friday, 16 December 2022. Traditionally, one group of employees was put in the spotlight: The apprentices of BT-Anlagenbau and – for the first time – their mentors, who were awarded prizes in the amazing atmosphere of Hotel Ambio.

This year, Nico Schinnerl, a fourth-year apprentice, was able to secure first place and the title of „Trainee of the Year 2022“. Among all trainees, he achieved the best overall grade, which is based on evaluated criteria such as technical and social competence, craftsmanship, creativity and commitment. Nico Schinnerl, who had won the award of „Trainee with the Best Performance“ back in 2020 can now add another glass trophy to his collection. Reflecting Nico Schinnerl's success, his mentor, Roland Heller, was awarded „Mentor of the Year 2022“. Roland Heller made a significant contribution to the professional and personal development and thus to the success of his protégé in the past year. The excellent second place in the Trainee Challenge was secured by Ezekiel Omolu, also a fourth-year trainee. And third place went to Marvin Rath, a proud apprentice in his third year of training.

The management team raised the suspense further with the award for the „Trainee with the Best Performance 2022“, which is awarded to apprentices who have made particularly impressive steps. The title went to Ezekiel Omolu, who was thus awarded twice that evening. Following his first two years of training, he really took off and demonstrated a high level of dedication. A growing performance like that needs to be awarded!

The management is immensely proud of the exemplary performance of its junior staff and the mentors’ commitment who make a significant contribution to BT-Anlagenbau’s apprentice offensive with their experience and expertise!

„Our trainees are not only highly qualified, but show loads of initiative and commitment at work. This is what distinguishes good employees from excellent ones,”

says Managing Director Gerald Kreiner.

Full commitment: Whether at the workplace or in the recreation area of BT-Anlagenbau
