BT-Anlagenbau speaks 15 languages

The world is moving closer together, as they say, and that's also true when it comes to the latest technologies. For
BT-Anlagenbau it has been obvious for a while that the whole world is uniting as a whole. In the last 10 years, the number of employees at BT-Anlagenbau has almost doubled. However, the demand for know-how and competence was never compromised, which meant that the team of experts came from many different countries. 15 languages are currently represented and additions are always welcome, because the different cultural backgrounds make the BT-Anlagenbau team so strong, cosmopolitan and flexible.

Even if it has not always been easy in tradition-conscious areas, the international orientation has always proven its worth and given the company a vision that would not have been possible otherwise.

The proportion of women has also risen to 20, an increase of 300 % in 10 years. That's still low for a 125-person company, but with the number of women interested in the technical profession now significantly higher, there is hope to surpass this number in the coming years.
