The traditional annual challenge for the best apprentice at´BT-Anlagenbau 2021 has been decided. A second-year trainee, Marvin Rath achieved the best overall score, winning himself the title of “Trainee of the Year 2021”. The evaluated criteria consisted of technical and social skills, manual dexterity, creativity, commitment and much more. Now he’s the proud owner of a unique glass trophy.
Third-year apprentice Nico Schinnerl, already an award-winning “Trainee with the Best Performance 2020”, took an excellent second place this time, followed by the dedicated Anton Pjetri, who is in his fourth year of training. In addition to personal certificates, the award-winning trainees also received the much-coveted and well-deserved bonus of additional vacation days.
Talking about the mentoring program introduced at BT-Anlagenbau a few months ago, in whose context every trainee is accompanied by a personal mentor and contact person until the third year of apprenticeship, expectations for the 2022 award ceremony are already sky-high. The aim is to provide the trainees with even more sustainable and comprehensive knowledge during their apprenticeships using the expertise and experience of the mentors. Something that will both help them in their life and make them the best in their field. In addition, the updated intensive apprentice mentoring programme is intended to promote their individual strengths in an even more targeted manner. As of this year and as an incentive, we will not only award the best trainees but also, for the first time, the “Mentor of the Year”.
The management is immensely proud of the exemplary performance of its junior staff and the mentors’ commitment who make a significant contribution to BT-Anlagenbau’s apprentice offensive with their experience and expertise!
