BT-Anlagenbau is changing the food industry.

 

BT-Anlagenbau’s first Food Analyzer will be put into operation shortly, forever changing the food industry for manufacturers and consumers.

Its perfect detection of contaminants makes the Food Analyzer unique on the market. Glass, plastic (including transparent), metal, paper, cardboard, rocks, peels and various organic foreign materials such as vermin: The Food Analyzer detects and removes it all! In the food industry, this device now allows for completely foreign object-free packaging of nuts and seeds such as walnuts and hazelnuts, cashew nuts, pumpkin and sunflower seeds as well as pure oats, sesame, dried fruit like raisins or freeze-dried fruits. Cut cheese, bacon bits and frozen vegetables such as peas and carrots can now also be packaged purely.

 

 

 

 

 

High-end cameras and pneumatic flaps are at the heart of the Food Analyzer and its hygienic design (a food-safe design that allows for the entire Food Analyzer to be cleaned with a pressure washer) has been well thought-out down to the last detail. All three sizes with their sorting widths of 600, 1200 and 1800 millimetres are easy to operate and maintain.

This new generation of quality management makes the premium food of our customers stand out and that goes down well with the consumer. In 2022, you will be able to inspect the Food Analyzer for yourself at the Anuga Food Tec trade fair in Cologne and the Control trade fair in Stuttgart. However, we are already accepting orders.
