BT-Anlagenbau is investing today in the technicians of tomorrow.

First-class know-how, precise work and high motivation are what make the BT-Anlagenbau team special. Because we naturally want to keep it that way, we are investing in quality assurance, training and of course young people.

The future is now!

First-class know-how, precise work and high motivation are what make the BT-Anlagenbau team special. Because we naturally want to keep it that way, we are investing in quality assurance, training and of course young people. Two events that bring talented young students into contact with companies are the Companies‘ Day of the Higher Technical Institute (HTL) in Weiz and the Recruiting Day of the Federal Higher Technical Institute (HTBLA) in Kaindorf. Both events give around 120 Styrian companies the chance to present themselves and to inform over 2000 students about potential careers. The presentation by BT-Anlagenbau was up to the usual high standard that has attracted excellent workers to us over the years.

Technology in the Art House
The Companies‘ Day of the Weiz Higher Technical Institute (HTL) took place on 11 March 2015 in the Art House in Weiz. The surroundings were an excellent backdrop for the expert speakers and their technical subject matter, introduced by the Principal of the Institute Gottfried Purkarthofer and the organiser and Head of Department Peter Schwar. Johann Kuchler presented BT-Anlagenbau as a leading company in intralogistics and as the main sponsor of the HTL Weiz robotics team. With around 40 short presentations of well-respected companies in the region, exciting perspectives were on offer all day. At the company stand of BT-Anlagenbau, students were able to chat to our representatives and find out more about the requirements and opportunities for careers with us.

Recruiting in Kaindorf
The Styrian Business Promotion Agency SFG, the Kaindorf HTBLA and the institute‘s alumni association supported the Recruiting Day, where 78 successful Styrian companies came to give students detailed information about work and careers. BT-Anlagenbau took the chance to explain the opportunities we can offer to young people studying the subjects automation, informatics and mechatronics. Here too, we talked to a lot of students individually at our stand, and we can be confident of filling all of this year‘s training positions with good people.
