Trainee with the Best Performance 2015

The “Trainees of the Year” were awarded at the BT-Anlagenbau Christmas party.

Trainee of the Year 2015

The BT-Anlagenbau Christmas party once again included the prizegiving ceremony for the Trainees of the Year. This in-house competition was started in 2013 and every year it challenges our trainees to give their best. In 2015 all trainees were once again given points (using the school grade system from 1 to 5) in a total of 10 categories such as craft skills, creativity and design and the top three of our 11 trainees won prizes.

Andreas Posch, in the third year of his traineeship, was especially motivated. With 12.4 points he missed the perfect score of 10 points by just 2.4 points and took first place. Now he has the proud title of Trainee of the Year 2015. In recognition of his outstanding performance he received a trophy, a certificate and a bonus of two extra days’ leave. In addition, he gets to accompany the HTL Weiz robotics team – which is sponsored by BT-Anlagenbau – to the 2016 Robotics World Cup in Leipzig.

With 12.75 points, Moritz Kirchpal, a trainee in his fourth year, came in second and also received the special award ‘Trainee with the Best Performance 2015’. Always an enthusiastic trainee, Moritz Kirchpal did his basic training in the production department and in his fourth year joined the SPS-VISU team, which he now supports with drive and commitment. This impressive performance deserves a reward!

Third place went to Melvin Schabel. As a trainee in his third year he achieved an excellent 14.15 points and was also warmly congratulated by managers and colleagues.

“It makes us very proud that our trainees are not just highly qualified, but also highly enthusiastic and able to take the initiative in their work. That’s what makes the difference between good and excellent workers”,

Managing Director Gerald Kreiner
