Image processing department moves into the fast lane.

The demands on product quality are increasing in every industry sector. As a result, optical quality control, offered by BT-Anlagenbau through the image processing department, is becoming increasingly important in production.

Control 2018
Taking account of this huge demand, BT-Anlagenbau and our two experts from image processing, DI Christian Hartbauer and Andreas Pfeffer, were once again present at Control, the trade exhibition for quality control in Stuttgart. Our strong product range of optical quality control systems was on show from 24th to 27th April for a broad ranging technical audience of over 29,000 visitors from a total of 98 countries.

As in the previous year, Control 2018, with 90 percent of the trade visitors at the decision-making level, generated immeasurable interest for BT-Anlagenbau. In the coming weeks, customer inquiries from a wide variety of countries will be processed and individual solutions will be developed.

360° control system for barbecue sausages
An example of a custom-made solution is our 360° control system, designed for a customer in the meat processing industry for checking barbecue sausages. This system is capable of inspecting and sorting up to 30 sausages per second from all sides, thus guaranteeing the customer complete quality control in the production process. This new 360° control system is extremely versatile and will allow BT-Anlagenbau to set new standards in quality control in the future. Product quality can be offered at a new level.
