Celebration of two Styrian giants

The two Gleisdorf companies celebrate the 10,000th switch cabinet.

The 10,000th control cabinet from BT-Anlagenbau arrives at the Gleinalm tunnel.

The 10,000th control cabinet leaves the BT-Anlagenbau production halls and is delivered to the second tube of the Gleinalm tunnel. This occasion was celebrated by the two companies from Gleisdorf that continue to manufacture in Austria despite many other companies moving production abroad. During the 31 years of existence, BT-Anlagenbau has manually installed 15 million parts in a total of 10,000 control cabinets. 50 % of these control cabinets have been manufactured in the last 8 years alone. With the order book going from strength to strength, each year the team of engineering experts has been expanded, and once again we are looking for additional technicians for control cabinet assembly to keep up with the increasing high level of demand. Whereas in the initial years only small quantities were produced, the level has now increased to several hundred per year. This is due in no small part to the competitiveness and high quality of production, as well as the incomparable team of expert technicians at BT-Anlagenbau, that is steadily expanded by the management.
