The traditional annual challenge for the best apprentice was decided this time by Daniel Schnur, a trainee in the third year of training.

This year, Daniel Schnur, a trainee in the third year won the traditional annual challenge to find the best trainee at BT-Anlagenbau. He achieved the highest score by excelling at criteria such as technical and social skills, technical aptitude, creativity and dedication and is now the proud owner of the coveted glass trophy as well as the title of Trainee of the Year 2018.

Philipp Payr and Fitim Shaqiri – both of them in their fourth year of training and awarded several times in the years previously – brought home the places two and three.

The title of Trainee with the Best Performance 2018 went to Sebastian Spielhofer. The committed second year trainee was awarded for outstanding development in the production area as well as personal commitment and can also take home a glass trophy. The management is proud of the exemplary performance of its next generation specialists and would like to congratulate them!
