Trainees of the Year 2019

As a training enterprise, BT-Anlagenbau has won multiple awards in Austria and is very proud to be able to offer young people vocational training that develops their individual strengths. The aim is to offer our trainees a comprehensive, exciting, current and sustainable qualification for life that makes them the best in their field. Recognition for this unique training was given at the traditional award ceremony for our best apprentices made during our Christmas party. The challenge which culminates in the awards of Trainee of the Year as well as Trainee with the Best Performance has been held each year since 2013 and motivates our future experts to give their best performance during their period of training.

This year, Sebastian Spielhofer, a third-year apprentice, was able to secure first place and the title of Trainee of the Year 2019. Among all trainees, he achieved the best overall grade, which is based on evaluated criteria such as technical and social competence, craftsmanship, creativity and commitment. Sebastian Spielhofer already won the award of Trainee with the Best Performance, back in 2018, and can now add another trophy to his collection. Second place was taken by Daniel Schnur, a fourth-year apprentice, who had already gained the awarded of Trainee of the Year 2018. He was followed by a very enthusiastic Mario Hummer, who is currently in his second year.

The title of Trainee with the Best Performance 2019 is now held by Tiberius-Alexandru Marin. As a trainee with the HSE team he was rewarded for his motivation in his first year of apprenticeship in the gas, heating and plumbing field and now holds claim to a glass trophy his own.
