Health & Safety First

Management declares priority target.

As a specialist and general contractor for plant construction in the field of warehouse technology and intralogistics as well as automation technology, image processing, control cabinet construction and electrical industrial installations, BT-Anlagenbau is proud of the worldwide use of its products.

Our technical edge and unrivalled know-how are very important to us, but nothing is as important as the health and safety of our employees.

Due to recurring occupational accidents, mostly a combination of carelessness and routine, the management declared a priority target of „0 occupational accidents˝ in 2021. The working group, consisting of safety officer Friedrich Dokter, occupational physician Christian Ruess and safety specialist Thomas Wolf, will analyse all occupational accidents of the last four years in order to identify, point out and eliminate sources of accidents. Great attention is also being paid to the reporting of near misses in order to be able to derive measures from this data as well. The communication of safety-relevant points is largely done via the new safety information boards, which are available in Luderdorf, Brodersdorf and at the
HSE-team. We ask all staff to work with watchful eyes and alert instincts in order to be able to implement relevant changes quickly.

The aim now is to break the company's own record of 640 accident-free days.
