With the ALPHA 3200 power distribution board, we are supplementing our range of ALPHA installation distribution boards and are therefore offering a consistent system up to 3,200 A whose housing and components are optimally matched to one another. The SIMARIS configuration software supports the panel builder throughout the entire course of the project – from planning to operation. The design verification of the switchgear assembly is carried out by testing in accordance with IEC 61439.

Powerful – the ALPHA 3200 power distributor
The main busbar of the ALPHA 3200 power distributor has been optimized for applications in the building infrastructure. In addition, the built-in systems ALPHA and thus the full flexibility of ALPHA were integrated into the system. Furthermore, the larger surface of the sub-conductor system increases the current-carrying capacity.

Simplified processes in switchgear construction
The SIMARIS configuration software supports the switchgear manufacturer's entire process – from project planning to calculation and quotation preparation to system documentation in accordance with IEC 61439. The configuration software includes both the ALPHA power distribution board and the ALPHA installation distribution board.

Time saving through menu-driven configuration
The SIMARIS configuration software can be operated intuitively. Structured menus and the graphic display of the selection options simplify and accelerate configuration.

Planning security through error checking
Errors are automatically displayed during configuration and can be corrected immediately. The intelligent pre-selection of the devices after the function has been determined and automatic placement provide planning security and help to avoid errors. The integrated power loss calculation optimizes the correct planning of the energy distributor.

Convenient preparation of offers through parts list and price calculation
The order number-specific configuration of the devices from the SENTRON portfolio and the integrated price calculation accelerate the preparation of the offer. The copper calculation is also carried out using the software. In addition, the creation of a parts list with a mouse click simplifies the ordering process.

Ready to start quickly with comprehensive system documentation
View drawings such as front or cut-out views in DXF format or DWG format can be further processed in CAD programs, the single-line circuit diagram ensures simple system documentation. Appropriate certificates and test reports are provided in accordance with IEC 61439.

Security through additional tests
The ALPHA 3200 power distributor is a switching device combination with design verification EN / IEC 61439-1/-2 and thus offers safety for people and the system. The mechanical and electrical test cover, e.g. Arc fault tests, goes beyond the standard specifications. All certificates and common verifications are available with the SIMARIS configuration software.

Added value as needed
The ALPHA 3200 power distributor is available pre-assembled with or without copper. Copper drawings can be output project-specifically. This means that production can begin even before the energy distributor is delivered. Depending on the system, the switchgear manufacturer can freely choose his own added value.
