New year-end order peak requires additional employees

While newspapers report a lack of orders in Germany and empty offices in New York, the opposite applies to Ludersdorf near Gleisdorf. BT-Anlagenbau started the year with five new employees and is looking for a further 15 to successfully cope with its peak in orders.

Due to the orders worth over 100 million Euro in December, an additional ten employees will be needed at the Ludersdorf, Gleisdorf, Lichtenwörth and Pécsvárad (Hungary) sites. A further five apprentices are also being sought in the fields of electrical engineering, metal engineering and HVAC installation. In addition, the forward-looking investment in a fully automated wire processing system will create additional resources in production from May.

And while other sectors are experiencing a slump, things are only just beginning to get really exciting at BT-Anlagenbau. Unique expertise paired with motivation and passion was and is the blueprint for success.

If you are interested, don’t wait and send your application to personal@bt-anlagenbau.at.

„We are an extremely good team, with many different backgrounds. We speak 19 languages and yet we all pull together. We are delighted to be able to expand this team of experts – whether apprentices or specialists.“
