High demands on employers

How work-life balance can work.

In the last decade, the labour market has changed dramatically. Young employees and workers have different needs and demands on an employer than they did a few years ago. A closer look at these trends and expectations pays off, because only an attractive employer has a chance of recruiting top employees in the future and, above all, retaining them for many years.

Birthday and Christmas vouchers, benefits, paid sabbaticals, home office options, highly flexible working hours, exceptionally high remuneration for business trips, employee events, generous social room with sauna – the list of perks available to BT-Anlagenbau employees is long. Great importance is also attached to the health of the workforce, i.e. preventive medical check-ups, free fruits, free vaccinations and an extraordinary accident prevention program are the order of the day. Of course, BT-Anlagenbau also provides for the annual provision of high-quality protective work clothing.

The company currently has around 15 vacancies to fill. On the wanted list are mainly programmers and project managers with experience in different areas, furthermore BT-Anlagenbau is looking for HVAC specialists. Because these are not available in unlimited numbers, BT-Anlagenbau relies on internal measures for training and further education – from training measures to various courses and apprenticeships to evening school with a high-school degree, BT-Anlagenbau implements an intensive package of training and further education measures.
