BT-Anlagenbau is also proud of the growing proportion of women among its staff, with an increase of 300 percent in 10 years. That's still only 20 women for every 125 people in the company, but given the reignited interest in the technical professions, hopes are high for more female power in the future. The fact that the interest among women is increasing is proven by Ms. Feng, who completed a holiday internship at BT-Anlagenbau. "In two months, I got to know at least five to six different areas and was able to carry out a wide variety of activities that were a lot of fun and enjoyable. I’m definitely curious to learn more," Ms. Feng enthuses. BT-Anlagenbau hopes to attract even more such curious people.
